Happy Tuesday!
I just released something I've been working on behind the scenes for a while now.
It's a full masterclass on retatrutide. About an hour long, around 60 slides, and basically everything I know about this compound condensed into one place.
Here's why I made it.
I'm writing a book draft right now, covering one peptide per chapter.
And I thought it would be cool to do a video version alongside the book, where I go deep on each compound.
Think of it like a peptide encyclopedia in video form. The kind of resource you could send to a friend or a client and say, "Watch this, and you'll know what you need to know."
I know short-form content is the trend right now. I'm doing the opposite.
I'm going to make these as long and as detailed as possible.
They will be boring by design!
Watch it here:

Here's what I cover in the video:
The two user types for retatrutide and why they need completely different protocols. The weight-loss user and the longevity user are not the same person, and shouldn't be running the same playbook.
The actual mechanism. GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon working together. Why the glucagon arm is what makes retatrutide different from anything else on the market.
The clinical weight loss numbers at every dose. 1mg, 4mg, 8mg, 12mg. And why 1mg per week causing 8.7% body weight loss should change how most people think about microdosing.
The longevity case. 82% reduction in liver fat. 24% drop in ApoB. 22% drop in LDL. Why this might be the most powerful longevity compound we have access to right now.
My titration protocol. Where to start, how fast to move, and why 4 to 6 weeks per dose is the minimum.
The once-weekly versus split dosing debate. The actual pharmacokinetics. When once-weekly wins and when twice or three times weekly makes more sense.
Why 8mg is the sweet spot for most people and why pushing to 12mg is rarely worth the side effect burden.
The heart rate question. What's actually happening, when it peaks, and the one supplement I take to manage it.
The skin sensitivity issue nobody talks about. What it feels like, who gets it, and what helped me when I experienced it.
How to stack retatrutide with testosterone, GH peptides, and other tools. And the biggest mistake people make when they layer too many things at once.
How to cycle off without losing everything. 76% of people regain the weight after stopping. Here's how to not be one of them.
The 10 commandments of using retatrutide intelligently.
Plus a long FAQ section at the end covering plateaus, switching from tirzepatide, missed doses, and what to do if your labs improve but the scale doesn't.
Final Thoughts
Retatrutide is the most powerful metabolic compound we currently have available. Full stop. For weight loss and for every downstream metric of metabolic health, nothing else is touching it.
But it's not magic. The people who get extraordinary results sort their hormones first, train, eat enough protein, and use retatrutide as a focused tool inside a real framework. The people who get disappointing results treat it like a magic bullet and try to outrun an unoptimized life.
This compound is dynamite. It can be the best thing you ever do for your health, or it can cause more harm than good. The difference is how intelligently you use it.
I'd love to hear what you think. This is the start of an ongoing project for me, and your feedback shapes what I do next.
If you like the long-form, deep-dive format, let me know in the YT or Spotify comments, and I'll keep cranking these out for every peptide that matters.
As always, thank your support of my work!
Best,
Hunter Williams
