There’s an old saying in the fitness world that “you can’t out-train a bad diet”.

And it’s technically not true.

You CAN indeed out-train a bad diet….

If you’re either:

a.) A genetic freak of nature

b.) A 20 year old

But for those of us mortals beyond the age of 25, those are absolutely, 100 percent facts.

And if you don’t believe me, just go to the gym and look at the hoards of out-of-shape people sweating it out.

Guarantee their diets are anything but optimized.

Well, this same principle applies to hormones - and it especially applies to testosterone.

But in this case, it’s much worse

You can’t outwork bad hormones - AT ALL:

❌ You can’t out-eat bad hormones
