Happy Tuesday!

I just dropped a brand-new podcast today, and this one is a little different than anything I’ve done before.

A couple of months ago, a company called Fountain Life reached out to me after watching some of my peptide content.

They wanted help in better understanding peptides and how they fit into longevity medicine for their members.

What I didn’t expect was that they’d also invite me to actually go through their entire diagnostic process myself so I could experience it from the inside out.

In today’s podcast, I’ll show you what it’s like to go through their day-one testing program, followed by a podcast I recorded with their CEO, Dr. Bill Kapp.

The Process

I went to the Fountain Life facility in Orlando, Florida, and within a single morning, I completed what would normally require seven or eight different specialists spread across multiple offices.

Full-body MRI imaging.

Advanced cardiac imaging and calcium scoring.

Extensive blood work including metabolic markers, inflammatory markers, lipid particle analysis, hormones, and more.

Bone density and body composition testing.

AI-integrated dashboards that compile everything into one place.

What really stood out to me was the integration.

I’m usually pretty skeptical of excessive diagnostic testing.

A lot of testing in modern medicine creates anxiety without clarity.

But here, everything feeds into a single system where you can actually do something with the data.

Instead of isolated lab values, you get a comprehensive picture of how your metabolism, cardiovascular system, brain, hormones, and inflammation are interacting.

One of the biggest problems I see in the peptide and biohacking space is people jumping straight into protocols without a baseline.

They’ll run peptides, supplements, workouts, and hormones without really knowing what they’re correcting or optimizing.

This experience reinforced something I’ve said for years.

Data first, intervention second.

Peptides are powerful. Hormones are powerful. But without understanding what’s actually happening inside your body, you’re guessing.

Fountain Life builds a personal health dashboard that tracks all of this over time, so you’re mapping where your health is headed.

I’ve already received my first round of results, and they've confirmed some aspects of my medical history, especially areas where peptides and hormone optimization have clearly helped.

I’ll be sharing more of that as we go.

What We Cover in the Podcast

After the diagnostic walkthrough, the second half of this episode turns into a deep, wide-ranging conversation between me and Dr. Bill Kapp, and we don’t hold back.

We talk about:

  • The real history of peptides, not just the last 10 years, but where this science actually came from

  • Why so much peptide research originated outside the U.S., and why America is late to the party

  • GLP-1s as legitimate longevity tools when used correctly (and why dosing and cycling matter)

  • Growth hormone peptides, how they differ, and why “more” is not better

  • Mitochondrial peptides like SS-31 and MOTS-c, and why mitochondrial health is central to aging

  • Why metabolic dysfunction is the fastest driver of aging, inflammation, and chronic disease

  • How peptides, diagnostics, and lifestyle actually fit together instead of competing with each other

  • Where peptides are headed next, and why 2026 may look very different than the last few years

We also talk candidly about the regulatory gray zones, quality control, sourcing issues, and how people should actually think about peptides as part of a long-term strategy instead of a quick fix.

As I head into 2026, I’ll still be doing solo deep dives like always.

But I’m also intentionally expanding into more long-form conversations with people who are actually shaping the future of longevity medicine. This podcast is a perfect example of that.

If you care about peptides, hormones, longevity, or just understanding your health at a deeper level, this is absolutely worth your time.

More to come soon!

Best,

Hunter Williams
