GLP-1 Peptides Vs. The Men In Black

How to wipe your slate clean

Remember the movie Men In Black?

I sure do - an absolute classic. 😁

While there are so many memorable scenes, my favorites are still the ones where they wipe out people’s memories.

When Tommy Lee Jones uses the glowing red “neuralyzer” he keeps in his suit pocket, he simply erases memories.

I gotta admit, I’ve had moments where part of me wishes I had one of those sticks handy. 😂

Well, the other day, I had a realization:

We actually have something similar to the neuralyzer – but for food cravings 🌮

They’re called GLP-1 peptides 🧪

Confused?

Let me explain.

Like everyone else, I’ve been utterly astounded by what GLP-1s have done in my life and for the people I serve.

As time has gone on and we’ve gained access to second and third-stage agonists, my amazement has only grown.

But the biggest shock for me hasn’t been about appetite.

Don’t get me wrong, the appetite reduction is mind-blowing.

I can eat with the best of them, and both tirzepatide and retatrutide have PERMANENTLY reduced the amount of food I can consume (Thanksgiving is no longer a bloodbath 😂)

But the most amazing part?

What these agents do to the brain 🧠

I remember first noticing this while experimenting with tirzepatide.

I’d sit there after a tough training session thinking, “You know what I’d love right now? Some plain rice cakes with deli turkey.” 🤨

Or I’d be nearing the end of a long fasting day and think, “I would just LOVE some plain ground beef with salt to break this fast.”

Now, let me assure you – pre-GLP-1 Hunter Williams had FAR more exotic cravings than this.

But there’s power in these peptides.

They fundamentally rewire the brain.

And I’m not the only one who has experienced this phenomenon.

Just the other night, Jay Campbell and I were talking with our community manager during our AMA, and she said the same thing.

There’s a complete mental shift.

The urge to destroy yourself with food multiple times a week? Gone.

Vanished.

It’s like Tommy Lee Jones waved the neuralyzer in front of you, erasing any recollection of your old cravings.

And what takes their place?

New cravings.

Better, healthier cravings aligned with your body’s natural appetite signals.

With these new desires comes a new mindset.

Something that digs deep into the brain and simply says:

“I will not eat anything harmful to my body.”

And if that’s not the golden ticket for fat loss and lifelong optimal health, I don’t know what is.

Best,

Hunter Williams

P.S. Sound like something you want in your health regimen?

Great – but you need to learn how to do it properly.

If you use these peptides like most people, the ONLY thing you’ll do is temporarily crush your appetite.

Which is cool…but you’ll miss out on everything I just talked about.

What’s the proper way to use them?
