Happy Memorial Day!
Before anything else, I want to thank the men and women who made today possible. The ones who didn't come home. The families who carry that weight. Today is theirs.
If you're firing up the grill, getting in some sun, or just taking the day to slow down with the people you love, good. That's exactly how it should be spent.
Today, I wanted to send a quick note because I've had my head down building two things for you, and they're finally live.
1. The Library — library.hunterwilliamshealth.com
Every video I've ever made is now in one place. Searchable. With full transcripts and summaries.
So if you remember me talking about MOTS-c six months ago but can't find which video it was in, you can just search "MOTS-c" and pull up every reference. Same for dosing protocols, study citations, and anything else.
2. The AI Chat — chat.hunterwilliamshealth.com
This one needs a quick explanation, because it's different from anything you've used before.
It's not ChatGPT. It's not Grok. Those are generalists trained on the entire internet, which means they'll happily give you outdated dosing info, repeat pharma talking points, or hedge every answer into uselessness.
This chat only knows what I've said. Every newsletter, every podcast, every video, the book, the whole catalog. When you ask it about cycling tesamorelin or stacking BPC-157 with TB-500, it answers based on my framing and my reasoning.
That also means it has limits. If I haven't covered something, it'll tell you instead of making it up. And if I've changed my position on something over time, it knows about the update.
Please understand that it will not always be right! It is not meant to be me. Think of it more of a version of my past videos you can interact with.
One quick note. You can use it without an account, but if you want it to remember your chats and pick up where you left off, you'll need to sign in. Otherwise each session starts fresh.
Is it as good as being in the private group and getting answers from me directly? No. Not even close. The group is where I work through real cases in real time. But if you're not ready for that step and you just need a quick answer at 11pm on a Tuesday, this is the next best thing.
Both are free. Go play around with them.
Now close this email and go enjoy your day off.
Fire up the grill. Hug your people. Remember the ones who can't be here.
Back to regular content tomorrow!
Best,
Hunter Williams
