Hibernating For Winter

Don't sweat the holiday weight gain

Don’t get fat.

We ALL know this.

It’s rule number one for living any lifestyle worthy of being called “optimized” and one of the single greatest principles for good health.

After all, fat is fatal, and living lean is the cheat code to life.

If everyone in America embraced this principle (and started using GLP-1 agonists), we’d be able to overcome the obesity epidemic in under a year.

So, given how important this is, why do I think you should NOT worry about gaining fat?

Look, the average person does not care about gaining weight.

Not in the slightest.

Sure, they might not like looking in the mirror and seeing an extra 100 pounds staring back at them.

But when everyone else in your life looks like this (40 percent of America is now obese), it’s an easy concern to put on the back burner.

But I’m not talking to them…

I’m talking to YOU.

One of the things I’ve noticed amongst optimization newbies is that, somewhere along the way in their journey, a switch flips.

They go from DGAF about gaining fat to becoming PARANOID about gaining fat.

To the point that any tiny part of their body that jiggles in the slightest fills them with anxiety.

So they become “perma-cutters”.

They spend all their time either:

a.) In a calorie deficit

b.) Planning their next calorie deficit

HUGE mistake!

If you really want to live this lifestyle, simply being lean is not enough.

It would help to have some muscle to go along with that leanness.

And that means (drumroll 🥁) eating some food.

Unless you’re a total newbie, gaining muscle at maintenance or in a deficit is a fool's errand.

There are no two ways around this—if you want to do this, you must be in a caloric surplus.

And unfortunately, that means giving up the idea that you will be shredded year round.

Newsflash - NOBODY is completely shredded year round.

I’m not.

Sure, there are absolutely strategies that both of us use to minimize the “damage” and keep fat gain to a minimum.

That’s why Regenoshred is such a powerful agent.

It allows you to partition carbohydrates much more effectively for muscle growth and makes it much less likely that the excess will stick around as fat.

🚨For those of you who didn’t get the memo, Regenoshred is being liquidated and will be vanishing PERMANENTLY once all remaining stock is finished, so get in on it NOW at the following prices ⬇️

250mcg RegenoShred (60 capsules per bottle)

$65/bottle if you buy just one

$50/bottle if you buy 5 bottles or more

2 FREE bottles if you buy 8 bottles for $50/bottle (Put 10 bottles into your cart and the 9th and 10th bottles will be free)

500mcg RegenoShred (80 capsules per bottle)

$99/bottle if you buy 5 bottles or more.

Nonetheless, Jay, myself, and everyone else who’s ever built SERIOUS muscle have accepted that some fat gain will come along for the ride here.

Now, given that I’ve red-pilled you on the idea that you’re going to have to be a little fluffier at various points throughout the year, do you know what the absolute BEST time for a mass-gaining phase is?

RIGHT NOW!

❄️ Winter

🎄 The holidays

It's the time of year when abundant food is lying around.

Look, if you want to continue being a perma-cutting twig forever chasing the Brad Pitt circa Fight Club look, be my guest.

But if you want to:

✅ Gain some REAL muscle

✅ Make you’re next cutting diet a breeze (the more muscle you have, the easier it is to lose fat)

✅ Actually be able to enjoy yourself over the holidays and not become a social pariah

Then, it would help to start embracing the idea that you won’t always look chiseled out of marble.

And stop worrying so much about your abs (they’ll come back, I promise 😉).

Best,

Hunter Williams
