Happy Friday!

The May 2026 Q&A is now live.

I covered TRT, GLP-1s, growth hormone peptides, injury healing, autoimmune, thyroid, prostate, and more.

Watch it on YouTube: https://youtu.be/BgxaN2Yy7Jc

Here’s What I Covered

  • A guy got told to start TRT at 60mg a week. His total testosterone was 225. I flagged this one and stopped to talk about it for a while. There's a real reason starting too low can leave you worse off than when you began, and I walk through exactly what happens in your body when you do.

  • "My hunger came back on retatrutide and I'm not losing." This comes up constantly. A lot of the time the hunger is there for a reason, and the fix isn't always "go up on the dose." I get into what's actually happening with ghrelin and leptin and a few ways to handle it.

  • "Why does the weight come right back when I cycle off my GLP?" Yes, you burn fewer calories off the drug. But that's not the whole story. Most people regaining weight are skipping the foundational stuff, and I name what that foundational stuff actually is.

  • The carnivore and keto crowd asking if reta is their best GLP. Short version, I love reta. But there's a digestion reason I'd think twice about running it on a zero-fiber, high-fat diet, and most people have never heard it.

  • My go-to injury stack. Somebody asked for one protocol instead of the hundred floating around out there. I gave the six-peptide answer I actually use, and why it beats BPC and TB-500 alone.

  • Prostate support that I run on myself in my 30s. I don't have prostate issues, but I noticed something after a 30-day cycle that surprised me. Two peptides, and I give my thumbs up.

  • Does anything actually fix tinnitus? I get asked this a lot, and I gave the honest answer. I'm not going to make something up just to have a peptide to point at.

  • Dopamine and reward across semaglutide, tirzepatide, and reta. Which one tends to mess with it the most, and what you can add if you want to stay on your GLP without the flat feeling.

Plus the fun fact about who actually discovered the GLP-1 drugs and who paid for it. That one might surprise you.

Final Thoughts

These are my favorite videos to make. The fact that I get this many questions to sort and filter through is a dream come true. So thank you.

If you've got something you want covered next month, drop it here: https://hunterwilliamsvideotopic.carrd.co/

And if you want to dig into something right now, go play with my AI research tool at https://chat.hunterwilliamshealth.com/

Quick reminder on that tool.

It only answers from my videos. It's not ChatGPT or Grok. It just matches your question to what I've already talked about.

It's a search tool for my content, not medical advice, and AI is not always right. Treat it like a starting point, not a final answer.

We'll be back with another Q&A in June.

Love each and every one of you guys. Have a fantastic weekend!

Best,

Hunter Williams
