Is This The Missing Piece To Hormone Optimization?

If you’re not paying attention to this, you’re messing up

In the great optimization game, “set it and forget it” is very rarely a good strategy.

Take choosing a diet model as an example.

Sure, there are some universal principles that apply to almost everyone (high protein, micronutrient dense, unprocessed food, etc).

But over time, EVERYONE needs to make adjustments to their nutritional strategy.

Whether it’s switching up your macros, tweaking your calories or adding or removing certain foods depending on your unique biochemistry and circumstances, making changes is inevitable.

In other words, you have to be continually learning about your body, expanding your knowledge and leveling up your optimization game plan.

And nowhere do I see this “set it and forget it” mentality play out more than in hormone optimization.

Here’s a common situation that I encounter.

A lot of guys who work with me or follow me end up making the jump and getting on therapeutic testosterone.

Which, needless to say, is FANTASTIC, and absolutely the right moved for the vast majority of men.

The problem?

They just hop on testosterone…and fail to optimize EVERYTHING ELSE.

And this is a huge mistake.

It’s also the reason why a lot of these same guys get on TOT and discover that their results are…

Well, a bit underwhelming.

Here’s why.

When you optimize your testosterone, there are a number of other things that need to be optimized simultaneously.

And one of the major things that needs to be addressed is your THYROID.

You see, the thyroid gland, endocrine system, and the pancreatic systems all work simultaneously and synergistically.

Simply put, if one’s out of wack, the whole system crumbles.

And when it comes to low testosterone, a dysregulated thyroid is one of the key culprits. 

Fixing this can literally be the difference between a TOT protocol that’s DYNAMITE…and one that falls flat on its face 🤦‍♂️

So, in conclusion:

Testosterone optimization?

Fantastic.

But not sufficient.

Testosterone optimization AND thyroid optimization?

Now you’re cooking with gas ⛽️🔥
