My Takeaways From A4M Longevity Fest 2024

Key insights and new companies I’m bullish on

Before we dig in to the meat and potatoes, two quick PSAs.

  1. BioLongevity Labs is running a flash Christmas sale until 10 PM PST on 12/24. Here are the details:

  • Get 25% OFF ALL peptides when you buy 4 or more

  • Get 25% OFF ALL bioregulators when you buy 4 or more

  • Spend $1,000 or more and get invited to a private AMA webinar with Jay Campbell and me about peptides and bioregulators on Sunday, December 29

  1. Jay and I are back for our public Q&A sessions at 8 PM EST tonight. If you have questions, get there early, as we usually have 500+ people watching live across all channels.

I recently returned from the 32nd Annual Longevity Fest, hosted by A4M in Las Vegas.

I love these biohacking and optimization conferences and events.

Sure, a lot of the stuff you’ll find is indeed overrated.

Nonetheless, you’ll always find some genuinely breathtaking innovations at these events.

After all, it is an opportunity for the best and the brightest in the business to showcase their products, services, and breakthroughs.

Now that I’ve had time to reconvene back at home, here are a few trends from this year and a short list of innovations and companies I’m particularly bullish on.

The Great Calocurb Explosion

If you’ve been following Jay and me for any time, you’ll know about Calocurb.

Just last year, Jay spotted these guys at the 31st Annual Longevity Fest.

But this year, we shared dinner with the team to catch up on everything.

Well, they’ve BLOWN UP!

They’ve expanded and grown massively and have received multiple awards for their game-changing “GLP-1 activator”.

It's truly amazing to hear and one more reason why we carry Calocurb at BioLongevity Labs.

The Hottest New Tech

CAROL Bike

This “smart exercise bike” is a little like Pelaton but MUCH better.

It delivers AI-driven workouts, from building interval capacity to improving your VO2 max.

This is a big deal because we now have a bike that reads your biometric data to ensure you become fitter and stronger with every workout.

The Bimini

Do you know how every fitness influencer seems to be losing their mind over cold plunges?

Well, this is an oxygen plunge.

To simplify, the Bimini is an “oxygen plunge” with bubbles smaller than normal molecules that can penetrate the skin.

And the benefits are INSANE.

Better skin, enhanced energy, reduced fatigue - the hype around this stuff is real.

If you don’t have the room (or the budget) for that, you can buy a device that turns your tub water into oxygenated water.

Big Trends This Year

Vibration Devices and Shockwave Therapy

I saw many of these vibration and shockwave devices at the conference.

Which is good.

I think it’s a therapy with a ton of untapped potential.

NAD Supplementation.

If you’re already optimized, NAD supplementation will do very little for you.

However, I hold the minority view because I saw quite a few of these products at the conference.

Yet, most of the population is unoptimized and may derive some benefit.

But I’d give this stuff a pass for people like you and me.

Compound Pharmacies

This industry has exploded over the last few years, and that’s very much thanks to the peptide revolution.

While I don’t recommend spending unnecessary money to obtain your peptides from them, this is very interesting.

The fact that these companies are still operating despite the FDA's looming threat is a testament to how far peptides have come.

Very encouraging indeed.

Saving the best for last, of course 😁

Along with Jay Campbell and Josh Felber, we had the opportunity to showcase BioLongevity Labs at the conference.

I won’t go into details since you guys already know all about this, but let me tell you—I am so excited to be part of this company.

And I’m stoked to show it off to the world.

I’ll have more info for you over the coming days, but let’s say 2025 will be BIG!

Best,

Hunter Williams
