In this day and age, having a fully functioning brain is a superpower.

I don’t have kids…

But what I’ve seen from the current generation of young people has been a little shocking.

Thanks to the toxic food environment, the collapse of hormones, and the slow dumbing down of the population via social media, we as a society are gradually losing our ability to:

Focus

Retain information

Be creative

Challenge and stretch ourselves cognitively

This means that learning—and learning well—is slowly but surely becoming obsolete.

Which is a problem…

Because while learning has become increasingly difficult, we’re also living in a world where it’s becoming increasingly important.

There are no two ways about it—if you want to get ahead in the modern economy, you must have a fully functioning brain.

And you MUST be able to learn, process, and retain new skills and information.

Like everything in optimization, this is a VERY complex and nuanced topic.

Your diet and nutrition are a factor (try eating a massive slice of birthday cake for breakfast and tell me how well you can learn the rest of the day).

Your hormonal health is a factor (one of the reasons I tell guys to get on therapeutic testosterone is that it will make you smarter).

But today, I’m going to be focusing on one particular side of the equation:

🧠 How to create a peptide stack for supercharged learning and cognition

In this video, you’ll learn:

How to choose nootropics that won’t affect sleep quality

Why so many people struggle with learning new things (and remembering them)

How to create a calming and peaceful environment that’s conducive to learning (and which peptides help)

The best peptides to promote neuroplasticity

How peptides can help promote new neuro connections to enhance learning

Why BPC-157 is phenomenal for your brain

How to reduce fatigue during learning sessions

How to stay focused and creative

The best non-peptide for focus (hint: it works gangbusters for fat loss)

How to put this whole stack together

And more.

Best,

Hunter Williams
