[New Video]: L-Carnitine And Testosterone

Can it replace TRT?

You’ve probably heard me say by now that there is NO replacement for therapeutic testosterone.

And I stand by it.

Look, I’m all for naturally optimizing your lifestyle.

I’m (obviously) all for peptides, and I’m certainly open to the possibility of peptides that could help raise natural testosterone levels.

But at the end of the day, the best way to raise testosterone is with testosterone (duh).

And none of these things can possibly hold a candle to good old TRT (or as we like to call it TOT).

With that said…

What if testosterone is off the table?

Sure, MOST men today are indeed BRUTALLY deficient and in dire need of this intervention.

But some aren’t.

And there are some younger men (and women) out there who don’t really need full-on testosterone (at least, not yet).

What they need is a BRIDGE.

Something that can help give them an extra boost and hold them over until they “make the leap”.

And in my opinion, if you’re in this situation, L-Carnitine might be that bridge for you.

In this video, you’ll learn:

✅ A breakdown of androgen receptor density and sensitivity (and how L-Carnitine comes into the picture)

✅ Why injectable L-carnitine is SUPERIOR for this (like most things)

✅ How the fat loss mechanics of L-carnitine work

✅ How mitochondrial function improves androgen receptor density (and how L-Carnitine facilitates this process)

✅ How it modulates hormonal responses to exercise

✅ How it increases training intensity (which improves hormonal health)

✅ The connection between L-carnitine, free testosterone, and sex hormone-binding globulin

✅ How L-Carnitine improves and supplements therapeutic testosterone

✅ How all of this impacts testosterone-deficient women

✅ What a solid protocol looks like

And much more.

Best,
