Now, back to regularly scheduled Friday programming 😃
As a rabid gym junkie, I’ve tried just about every pre-workout on the planet.
That includes both the generic, watermelon-flavored powders you can buy at GNC and the “experimental” stuff you can find online.
Some of it’s lackluster (especially if it’s the above powder).
Some of it’s amazing.
But when it comes to supplements to enhance your gym game, there’s something I’ve noticed…
Regarding products that support endurance AND focus, finding something effective is pretty hard.
The endurance part?
Most pre-workouts do a decent job at that.
But focus?
That’s a more complicated box to check.
When most of us think about a workout, we tend to be fixated on GRINDING.
Digging down deep and pushing through till the end.
And don’t get me wrong, that’s important…
But what doesn’t get talked about nearly enough is the MENTAL component to all of this.
Having the mental focus and attention to maximally squeeze and contract the muscles (and to do so under extreme fatigue) is critical to making long-term progress.
And finding a supplement that helps with that is much harder…
But I may have found it with Amino Asylum’s Ultra Instinct.
In this video review, you’ll learn about the following:
✅ The ingredients (and how they work better when injected)
✅ What kind of a needle I like to use for this one
✅ My dosing protocol
✅ How it’s able to provide the insane focus that it does
✅ Why it’s no slouch in the endurance department
✅ Why it boosts mood (even when you’re not working out)
✅ The non-exercise-related benefits
✅ How to take it and avoid any detrimental effects on your sleep
✅ How it’s rapidly becoming my REGULAR pre-workout product
And more.
