Happy Friday!

Today, I just released a new podcast with my friend Stephanie Gambetta.

There are maybe 40-50 people in the world who actually see what's happening with peptides at scale from a coaching perspective.

She's one of them.

She runs Loop Health, and most of her clients are perimenopausal and menopausal women. In my opinion, that is one of the most underserved demographics in the world when it comes to health, and Stephanie’s mission is to change that.

What We Covered

Here are the quick highlights from the episode.

  • Why she starts almost everyone on tirzepatide, even the ones who walk in asking for retatrutide

  • The conversation she has when someone needs to come off their GLP for six months before they earn the right to go back on

  • Why MOTS-c is sending people sideways, and the SS-31 step almost everybody skips

  • What happens when you add SS-31 to a GLP dose you were already tolerating just fine.

  • The high estrogen symptoms guys blame on their testosterone that are probably insulin resistance instead

  • Free IGF-1 versus total IGF-1, and why that changes how you should think about tesamorelin

  • The CJC-1295 histamine reaction that had her sitting on the bathroom floor with a swollen tongue, and why it usually shows up on the second or third round instead of the first

  • Why DSIP does not work the way people want it to work

  • Peptides on college campuses. She calls it the new birds and the bees talk, and most parents have no idea it's happening

  • Adderall dependence, food noise, and what happens when a GLP quiets both of them at once

Final Thoughts

Please support the guests who share valuable information on the show. Here’s where to follow Stephanie.

Have a fantastic weekend!

Best,

Hunter Williams

P.S. There’s still time to watch over 30 modules on peptide and bioregulator education through Dr. Talks. The class I taught was on injectable bioregulators and I think you will find it very interesting!
