Are You Ready For Therapeutic Testosterone?

I’ve been on a bit of a roll over the last few days talking about the wonders of therapeutic testosterone.

I’ve talked about how it essentially saved me from depression (and how it’s an absolute godsend for mental health).

I’ve talked about how most men in the modern West are very likely suffering from a deficiency.

All beautiful, positive things.

But today I want to get real with you and talk about the RESPONSIBILITY that comes with getting on therapeutic testosterone.

You see, for a lot of guys, learning about this stuff is an absolute game-changer.

Certainly was for me.

The problem?

They get WAY ahead of themselves…

And think that this is going to solve all their problems.

And you know what?

It might solve a lot of them…

If you’re ready for it.

Let me explain.

In order to get the most out of testosterone, there are certain things that you must have in place first - and one of those things is the required LIFESTYLE habits.

Let me ask you this…

Are you:

✅ Eating a reasonably clean, high-protein diet?

✅ Regularly engaging in resistance training?

✅ Regularly engaging in cardiovascular training?

✅ Monitoring your bloodwork on an ongoing basis?

✅ Doing everything you can to protect yourself from environmental toxins?

If you answered YES to all of those, fantastic!

You’re probably a great candidate.

If you answered NO to these, then I have bad news for you…

Testosterone probably ain’t gonna help.

In fact, it might just make things WORSE.

Testosterone plus an optimized lifestyle is an absolutely  INCREDIBLE combination.

🙌 It makes fat loss EASIER

​​🙌 It makes gaining muscle EASIER

🙌 It makes cardio EASIER

🙌 It IMPROVES most of your biomarkers

Remember, all this stuff works synergistically.

But if you use testosterone by itself WITHOUT lifestyle changes?

At best, you’ll be wasting your money.

At worst, you could be setting yourself up for some nasty problems.

On top of that?

You might not even need to get on testosterone!

There are guys (especially young guys) suffering from this who have been able to raise their levels…

Simply by making these lifestyle adjustments.

But you’ll never know if you don’t TRY first.
