My cheat sheet for which one to use
Today, I want to address one of the most common questions I have been receiving lately.
It looks like something like this:
Hey Hunter, can you do a comparison of your Shred products along with how to choose a fat loss path. Ideally it’d be nice to afford multiple routes but most people need to choose one Reta vs SLU-pp-332 vs BAM15, etc.
We discussed this in our live call with Alex Kikel last night (watch the recording here).
Today, I want to clarify things so you have the easiest path to achieving maximum fat loss before summer!

1. SHRED – Best for Beginners
What It Is:

Who It’s For:

If you’re cautious about new ingredients and prefer a measured introduction, this is your ideal choice.
Benefits:
Mild yet noticeable fat-loss support

Dosage:
Available in three flexible dosages (100mcg, 250mcg, 500mcg) so you can start low and find your sweet spot comfortably.

This combo is specifically designed to enhance endurance, stamina, and fat loss—particularly when taken before fasted cardio sessions (although I do like to take it before my weight lifting sessions on ocassion.

Already tried SHRED and ready to step up your cardio performance and fat loss?
SHREDX is for you.
It’s excellent for anyone seeking greater endurance, more effective workouts, and accelerated fat loss.
Benefits:
Significant endurance and stamina boost from the added ingredients
Increased metabolic rate and calorie burning during exercise

Accelerated fat loss, especially noticeable when combined with cardio training
Dosage:
I recommend starting with 1 capsule for women pre-fasted-cardio, assuming you are already used to taking SLU-PP-332 in isolation.
Experienced male users of SLU-PP-332 can likely start with 2 capsules pre-fasted-cardio.
Once your body becomes accustomed to it, women will likely enjoy 2-3 capsules of pre-fasted cardio, and men will likely find 3-4 capsules of pre-fasted cardio to be the sweet spot.
I personally use 4 capsules before my fasted cardio, but only on fasting days (3-4 days per week).
3. MetaShred – Advanced Fat-Loss for Elite Users
