The Best Peptide Stack For Adults Over 70

My breakdown of RFK protocol

Last week, I sent out an email outlining my (cautious) optimism about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s potential impact on American health.

After all, anyone who’s an enemy of the FDA is a friend of mine 🤝😁

Please NOTE: I HAVE ZERO INTEREST IN POLITICS. I AM SIMPLY GIVING MY COMMENTARY ON WHAT I HOPE THE FUTURE OF HOLISTIC, ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE WILL BE. MY MISSION IN LIFE IS TO HELP PEOPLE ACHIEVE TOTAL SOVEREIGNTY OVER THEIR OWN BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT.

That said, someone in my audience sent me RFK’s optimization protocol, which I thought would be fun to break down.

After all, we learn best through story, analogy, and metaphor.

For those of you who haven’t seen the memes yet, RFK is a fit older dude.

And when I say fit, I mean FIT.

Not “fit for a 70-year-old” - the guy literally puts most 22-year-old “men” to shame.

So much so that it got my attention (and I spend a lot of time in the presence of fit older men).

Recently, I was forwarded this clip of him being interviewed by Lex Friedman about his workout routine and health protocol:

Today, I will review this short clip of RFK discussing his routine and health practices and break it down.

I’ll be covering:

  • What I think is good (and there’s a LOT of good)

  • What I would change if I were his optimization coach

  • What I think are a few of the key takeaways for you

Fasting

RFK fasts through the morning, breaks his fast at around noon, and then stops eating around 6 or 7 PM

The Good

First of all, the fact that he’s fasting at all is always a good thing.

Especially considering his age and the generation he was raised in.

Remember, most seniors grew up being brainwashed by the grain lobby and told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

So, it's awesome that RFK was able to live through all of that and change his mind in the face of the overwhelming evidence that fasting is beneficial.

Also, the hard cut-off at 6 or 7 p.m. is fantastic since eating after the sun goes down is a surefire way to disrupt your circadian rhythm and throw your body and metabolism into a state of disarray.

What I’d Change

The first and most important change I would make would be telling him to fast for LONGER.

While any fasting is better than no fasting, 17-18 hours per day isn’t long enough.

Most of the benefits don’t even start until the 18th hour.

If I were his coach, I’d tell him to push it to 20-24 hours and spread it out over the week.

It’s the same protocol I have most of my clients on:

On days when you’re training, eat “normally.”

On days when you’re not training, fast for 20-24 hours.

And as great as RFK looks now, he'd probably be even leaner if he just made that one little change.

Key Takeaways

You have NO excuses not to fast.

If a 70-year-old lawyer with an insane schedule can do it, YOU can do it.

Morning Routine

RFK goes for a 3-mile hike in the hills every morning and meditates

The Good

All of it 🙌

Seriously, this is a PHENOMENAL way to start your day.

Fresh air, exercise, zone 2 cardio, sunlight, contemplation - absolutely spot on 👌

What I’d Change

I could make a few recommendations for things to add…

Grounding, gratitude, journaling, etc.

You could always throw in some Melanotan 1 to enhance the amount of morning sunlight absorbed.

Or some agents to enhance his hike's fat-burning effects of fasted cardio.

But at the end of the day, if it’s working for him, it’s working for him 👊

Key Takeaways

Again, you have NO excuse not to have a healthy morning routine.

If RFK can find time, you can find time.

And the incredible simplicity of this routine goes to show that it doesn’t have to be complicated.

The Gym

RFK lifts intensely for 30-45 minutes each day, splits his workout into back, chest, legs, and “miscellaneous”, and takes his first ses to failure at around 12 reps

The Good

Some solid stuff in here.

Training to failure is something both Jay Campbell and I practice and is one of the key factors behind why our physiques look the way they do.

The fact that he’s not spending hours upon hours in the gym is also very wise (especially considering his age and the injury risk associated with overtraining).

What I’d Change

The “everyday” part.

It was a pretty short interview, so he might have misspoken here, but if he is indeed training every single day, I would encourage him to add some rest days.

I’d also have to see his workouts to determine if he’s truly taking those sets to positive muscle failure and look at his exercise selection.

But all in all, the guy is working off an excellent foundation (and it shows in his physique).

Key Takeaways

As we age, it’s critical that we stay in the gym and stay SMART with our training.

Long, high-volume marathon workouts are a recipe for injury, pain, and dysfunction.

Short, intense workouts are a recipe for longevity and a fantastic body that gets STRONGER as the years go by. 💪

Anti-Aging Protocol

RFK is on a therapeutic dose of testosterone, doesn’t take anabolic steroids, and takes copious amounts of vitamins

The Good

Uh…the fact that he’s on testosterone!

I don’t think I need to add much here 🙌

What I’d Change

Look, this was a pretty short clip, and he didn’t provide many details about his protocol.

I don’t know what his dose is, and I don’t know how he’s administering it…

All I’ll say is that if he looks good (which he does), feels good (which he seems to), and his bloodwork looks good (very likely), then he should probably keep doing what he’s doing.

If I were his optimization coach, I’d (obviously) add in some peptides.

But quite frankly, he might already be using them and doesn’t want to risk talking about it publicly.

I’d say that it’s highly likely this is what’s going on here.

Also, if I could add one more “no-brainer” in there for a 70-year-old looking to optimize his health, I’d throw in pharmaceutical-grade HGH.

Key Takeaways

The fact that we now have someone as public and politically significant as RFK openly telling the country that he’s on therapeutic hormones is a GAME-CHANGER.

Every 70-year-old dude in the country should be on testosterone.

In my opinion, every 30-year-old dude in the country should be on testosterone.

But time will tell if that can ever happen.

Best,

Hunter Williams

P.S. Ready to step your game up and be like RFK?

Lol, no, he’s not a part of the community (yet 😏)

But we now have nearly 500 men and women who have achieved similar results and are walking the same path.
