The Chemical Castration Of Women Everywhere

Show this to your wife or girlfriend

Typically, I like to focus these emails on men and the optimization challenges they face.

Hopefully, this is obvious - but I’m not a woman.

I have never been a woman and don’t plan on becoming one, so I will never really know what it’s like to have their experience.

Nonetheless, I have a special place in my heart for women’s optimization.

I’ve coached women before and interact with many of them in the Fully Optimized Health Community.

So, today’s email is going to be a little bit different…

Today, I will be talking about a particular issue for women.

So, if you’re one of the ladies on my list, this one’s for you.

And if you’re a dude who opened this, you should still read this.

Why?

Because what I’m talking about today is so incredibly common that, chances are, the woman in your life has dealt with this.

And as a caring husband or boyfriend, it would behoove you to understand what is going on…

And what she can do to fix it.

💊 I’m talking, of course, about hormonal birth control - AKA “the pill.”

Here’s a wild fact for you:

Over 80% of women in developed countries will use hormonal birth control at some point in their lives.

It’s that ubiquitous, and frankly, that’s just one of many mind-blowing statistics about its prevalence.

But I chose this one specifically to highlight a very key point…

Look, I know my audience pretty well.

And I know that a lot of you are well aware of the dangers of hormonal birth control.

And if you aren’t, let me spell it out for you - this stuff DESTROYS you hormonally.

But many of you don’t realize that it’s not just a problem while you’re on it.

A lot of the damage done by the pill lingers on for a long time afterward…

And in many cases, it can last for years.

Want an example?

I recently did a video on therapeutic testosterone for women…

In my research for that video, I discovered that women who had used hormonal birth control for extended periods had, on average, 50% lower free testosterone.

That’s right - 50%!

This includes not only women currently using it but also women who have used it in the past.

And since testosterone in females is vital to everything from bone and muscular health to libido, you can imagine how devastating a 50% drop can be.

Bottom line?

If you’ve been on the pill before - and especially if you were on it for a while - there’s a good chance you’ve got a long recovery ahead of you.

Remember, this is just the drop in testosterone that occurs.

We haven’t even covered estrogen, progesterone, your thyroid, and all of the vitamins and minerals that have been depleted.

So what’s the solution?

I’m not your doctor, but I would (obviously) recommend stopping it if you’re already on it.

That would be step one.

And from there, it would be the exact same thing I tell the guys - optimize your hormones.

Get a blood test to find out what’s actually going on, and then take the necessary steps to fix it.

Just like with all the testosterone-deficient males I deal with, waiting’s not going to do you good.

The positive news is that getting on hormones NOW can dramatically speed up your recovery.

It can take what might have been a multi-year process and turn it into a few months.

And if you need some advice on how to best proceed with hormone optimization for women, be sure to check out my fiance Taylor’s work.

She regularly works with women facing the same issues you may be facing. She helps them find solutions and navigate their path to a healthier, more optimized life.
