Why “Dumpster Fire”?
When I say “dumpster fire,” it’s NOT an insult.
If you’re staring down the barrel of needing to lose 50, 75, or even 100 pounds, you’re not alone.

If you could only use one thing for serious weight loss, it’s Retatrutide.
