The Evolution Of Males
Why the fall of men is obvious
One of the standard pieces of advice I give almost all men who come through my door is to get a blood test…
ESPECIALLY if they’re skeptical about their falling testosterone levels.
After all, when you evaluate your labs and witness FEMALE levels of androgens staring you in the face, it’s pretty hard to deny you’ve got a problem.
And I stand by this advice - EVERYONE should get their bloodwork done (and everyone should measure their bloodwork over time for changes).
I can spot low testosterone a mile away.
It’s become one of my superpowers.
The ability to determine, with 95% accuracy, whether or not a man has unoptimized hormones (and how bad their situation is).
Here’s a fun fact for you:
Over the last few decades, the average width of a man’s shoulder has shrunk.
We live in a world in which our knowledge of fitness and muscle-building has never been better.
A world in which gyms have proliferated and memberships have surged.
And a world where people are bigger than they were a generation or two ago.
And yet, men’s shoulders have shrunk? 🤨
What could possibly be behind this?
You guessed it - the hormones.
How do I know?
Because while shoulder width has decreased among men, hip width has increased 😳
All of which points to a feminizing effect in males.
And it’s not just shoulder width and hip width, I see it EVERYWHERE:
❌ Their voices are high and whiny
❌ Their features look soft and delicate
❌ Their jaws lack angularity
❌ They have “moobs”
❌ Obese men now have female fat storage patterns (wide hips, thick thighs, etc)
And those are just the physical changes.
The personality changes are arguably worse:
❌ Timidness and indecisiveness
❌ An inability to make and hold eye contact
❌ Anxiety and constantly scanning the environment for threats
Again, this is obvious.
I can spot it instantly — and you probably can, too.
“This guy is hormonally deficient”
Look, I’m not saying this to be mean.
It’s not fun.
It’s not fun going through the world looking like an obese woman, and it’s certainly not fun being a timid, meek dude who’s scared of his own shadow.
But it is the reality for the vast majority.
And it’s VERY apparent.
So, if I’ve described you, don’t take this as offense…
Take this as an OPPORTUNITY.
This is fixable.
I’ve seen profound changes in deficient men who go on therapeutic testosterone.
And no, I’m not just talking about more muscle, less fat, better erections, blah blah…
I’m talking about all the stuff I just described.
Facial changes.
Changes in fat storage patterns.
Broader shoulders.
And their personalities almost ALWAYS change (and for the better).
