The Future of Natural Testosterone?
New video on testagen
Happy Friday!
I just launched a brand-new video on Testagen.
Testagen is the testicular bioregulator peptide that helps your system remember how to make and manage testosterone the right way.
If you are a man and want a physiology-first approach before (or alongside) TRT, this is for you.
There’s an epidemic of low T in both men and young guys.
Not everyone can, should, or wants to jump straight to TRT.
Enter Testagen.
It’s an injectable bioregulator for the testes that works at the gene expression level, supports the pituitary–thyroid–gonadal axis.
In human data, it moves the needle on testosterone, LH/FSH, libido, and even erectile quality without the usual side effects people worry about with exogenous hormones.
Below, I’ll break it down, link the research, and give you my exact dosing workflow you can use.
FYI, until tonight, September 19th at Midnight PST, BioLongevity Labs is offering 20% OFF
-SHRED (SLU-PP-332)
-SHREDX (SLU-PP-332+Cardarine+AOD-9604)
-MetaShred (SLU-PP-332+BAM15)
-NAD+/MOTS-C/5-Amino-1MQ Blend
Use code HUNTERW to get an additional 15% off as well!
What is Testagen
Testagen is an ultra-short peptide (Lys-Glu-Asp-Gly (KEDG)).
It’s part of the Khavinson family of “bioregulators”.
In men, Testagen’s target organ is the testes. Its oral cousin is Testoluten®.
Think of these as reminders to your biology, not sledgehammers.
Unlike herbs that try to goose one pathway, Testagen’s claim to fame is epigenetic regulation through nudging chromatin to open the right pages of your genetic playbook.
How It Works
Small peptides like KEDG cross the cell membrane, pass through nuclear pores, bind histone tails/DNA, and loosen tightly packed chromatin so the right genes get transcribed again.
For men, that means better pituitary output (LH/FSH), better Leydig cell responsiveness in the testes, and healthier TSH → T3/T4 signaling for thyroid-driven energy.
Essentially, you’re re-teaching your system how to function like it’s supposed to.
Animal models even show KEDG restoring thyroid structure and hormones in hypophysectomized birds (i.e., birds whose pituitary glands have been removed), which is remarkable and suggests a broad “systems normalizing” effect.
This explains why users report more steady energy, warmer body temps, better training response, and…yes…a happier bedroom.
Human Data
Let’s talk outcomes.
Although this was with the oral version, in a controlled clinic trial using 10 mg oral Testoluten® twice daily for 30 days, men saw testosterone rise from low-normal into mid-normal and LH/FSH jump ~50–80%.
They also noted improved libido, sperm parameters, and no adverse effects.
For the injectable testagen, in a pilot using 2.5 mg IM daily for 10 days, men logged a ~26% increase in total testosterone vs baseline, plus better well-being and libido (placebo didn’t move).
And in a 2022 program with 105 stressed men (mild insulin resistance + ED), the four-peptide combo (adrenal + pancreas + prostate + testis) delivered free T +54%, total T +24%, better erections/satisfaction, with cortisol down and insulin resistance markers improved.
Why I’m Excited (and who it helps)
In my new video, I call Testagen the future of natty testosterone support because it behaves like what people wish HCG did.
Similar endpoint, cleaner mechanism, fewer weird edges.
I’ve already seen strong responses in men in their late teens/early 20s (yes, sadly, low T is showing up that early), and it’s also useful on TRT to keep intratesticular function from flatlining.
Mechanistically, we’re seeing:
• Pituitary support → LH/FSH up
• Testes support → steroidogenesis responsiveness up
• Thyroid support → T3/T4 up (energy/metabolism)
• Immune tone → better differentiation/repair signals
Simply put, men report steadier energy, stronger lifts, improved recovery, increased libido, and better semen parameters.
Is it TRT? No. But for many, it’s the nudge their system needs.
Exact Dosing
Here’s my protocol for using testagen.
Reconstitution: 20 mg vial + 2 ml bacteriostatic water ⇒ 10 mg/ml.
Daily dose: 10–20 units on an insulin syringe (0.10–0.20 ml) = 1–2 mg.
Cycle length: 30–60 days (minimum 10 days if you’re just testing).
Frequency: Repeat 2–3× per year based on goals, labs, and feel.
If you’re stacking: keep Testagen at 1–2 mg/day, and consider pairing with oral Testoluten® or organ partners (prostate/adrenal/pancreas) when stress, ED, or metabolic drag are in the picture.
The 105-man data suggest bigger, cleaner wins when multiple weak links are addressed.
Always track Total T, Free T, LH/FSH, SHBG, TSH, fT3/fT4, fasting insulin/glucose, lipids.
Safety, Tolerance, and Expectations
Short peptides like KEDG are tiny, non-immunogenic, and rapidly metabolized.
Across the human studies summarized above, no significant adverse effects were reported.
That clean profile is a huge reason I like Testagen as a bridge for young guys and a companion for men on TRT who want to keep fertility and intratesticular function in play.
If your system can still respond, Testagen helps it respond better.
If there’s true primary testicular failure, you’ll likely need conventional therapy.
But for age- or stress-related dysfunction (and especially when thyroid/adrenal/prostate are co-supported), the odds of meaningful change go up.
Final Thoughts
I always recommend stacking the fundamentals (sleep, lifting, walking, sunlight, protein, minerals), then layering in Testagen.
If you’re feeling the nudge to start, you can grab it here and save on your first cycle.
Buy Testagen from BioLongevity Labs
Use code HUNTERW at checkout for 15% off.
2-3 bottles will last you at least 60 days.
And if you run the protocol, do me a solid, reply with your before/after labs and how you felt at weeks 2, 4, and 8.
Data + stories = better guidance for the entire community.
That’s the mission!
Best,
Hunter
