The GLOW Protocol

Instructions for GHK, BPC, and TB-500

I recently received this great question from someone in my question box:

“I saw someone on social media talk about this peptide combo. Would love to hear your thoughts. Would you recommend using it as a combo? If so, what would your protocol be? She called it the Glow Peptide Combo and it’s injectable (GHK-Cu, TB500, BPC-157).”

I’ve been using this combo of peptides myself for a long time.

I guess now, on social media, it’s becoming known as the GLOW protocol.

Having used them all together myself quite extensively, I can affirm it’s an accurate way to describe the synergies of those three.

So here’s my take, complete with a precise use guide for mixing and using these three peptides.

Is This Stack Worth Trying?

Yes, this is an effective stack, and there’s a reason why it’s gaining traction.

When injected subcutaneously, these three peptides work synergistically to enhance skin regeneration, collagen production, and tissue repair.

Each peptide plays a unique role:

  • GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) – One of the best anti-aging peptides, it boosts collagen and elastin, promotes wound healing, and reduces oxidative stress, helping skin look younger and more vibrant.

  • BPC-157 – Known for its healing properties, this peptide reduces inflammation, enhances soft tissue repair, and works alongside GHK-Cu to improve skin structure.

  • TB-500 – This peptide supports cell migration to injury sites, further accelerating tissue regeneration and improving skin elasticity.

You get a comprehensive skin-rejuvenation effect from the inside out by injecting them together subcutaneously.

How to Use the Glow Protocol (Injection Guide)

Since you’re injecting all three together, proper reconstitution is crucial for achieving the correct dosing ratio.

Step 1: Reconstituting the Peptides

GHK-Cu (50mg Vial)

  1. Add 3mL of bacteriostatic water to the vial.

  2. Final concentration: 16.67mg per 1mL.

BPC-157/TB-500 Blend (5mg/5mg Vial)

  1. Add 2mL of bacteriostatic water to the vial.

  2. Final concentration: 2.5mg per 1mL of each peptide.

Step 2: Dosing for a 2.5mg:500mcg:500mcg Ratio

I like using these peptides in a 5:1:1 ratio (GHK: BPC: TB500).

To maintain an optimal 5:1 GHK-Cu to BPC-157/TB-500 ratio, draw:

0.15mL of GHK-Cu (2.5mg GHK-Cu)

0.2mL of BPC-157/TB-500 blend (500mcg BPC-157 + 500mcg TB-500)

Step 3: Injecting the Glow Stack

  1. Draw 0.15mL of GHK-Cu into an insulin syringe.

  2. Draw 0.2mL of BPC-157/TB-500 blend into the same syringe.

  3. Wait a few seconds and allow the peptides to mix.

  4. Inject subcutaneously (I prefer into the abdomen).

Recommended Schedule:

  • Inject daily or 5 days per week for 6-12 weeks to see maximum benefits.

  • Best taken morning or evening when skin repair is most active.

What to Expect from the Glow Protocol

  1. Week 1-2: Skin hydration improves, inflammation decreases.

  2. Week 3-6: Firmer, brighter skin, fewer wrinkles, improved healing.

  3. Week 6-12: Full collagen remodeling, skin elasticity boost, long-term skin rejuvenation.

This is one of the best peptide protocols for anti-aging and skin health, and when done correctly, it works exceptionally well.

I also recommend using the same protocol if you have soft tissue injuries.

You can inject as close to the injury site as possible to accelerate healing.

This is a legit combo worth considering if you want to maximize skin regeneration, improve wound healing, and get that youthful glow.

Best,

Hunter Williams
