The Growth Hormone Tier List
Ranking them from worst to best
Happy Friday!
In my latest video, I ranked 13 growth hormone optimization compounds based on their effectiveness, side effects, and overall value.
For today’s email, I wrote up a summary of what I covered in the video so you have it in text form for reference.
Here’s the complete tier list, starting from the bottom:
F Tier
• MK-677: Unpredictable growth hormone secretion, appetite spikes, and water retention make this one a hard pass.
D Tier
• Sermorelin: Outdated and far less effective than modern options with short-lasting results.
C Tier
• GHRP-2 & GHRP-6: Decent GH release but cause hunger spikes, cortisol elevation, and rapid desensitization.
• CJC-1295 with DAC: Long-lasting GH release leads to side effects like water retention, fatigue, and loss of flexibility in dosing.
C+ Tier
• Hexarelin: Strong short-term GH boost but causes rapid desensitization, prolactin/cortisol elevation, and limited long-term use.
B- Tier
• CJC-1295 No DAC: A cleaner option for natural GH pulses with minimal desensitization risk.
B Tier
• CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin Blend: Synergistic effects enhance fat loss, recovery, and overall performance.
B+ Tier
• Ipamorelin: Clean GH release with minimal side effects. Great for stacking and long-term use.
• Non-Pharma HGH: Strong growth hormone delivery, though quality can vary and side effects are more likely compared to pharmaceutical-grade HGH.
A Tier
• Tesamorelin: The best for reducing visceral fat and improving IGF-1 levels with excellent safety and effectiveness.
• Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin Blend: Combines the best of both worlds for fat loss, recovery, and muscle building.
A+ Tier
• Pharmaceutical-Grade HGH: The gold standard for growth hormone optimization, offering unmatched purity, consistency, and efficacy.
Have an excellent weekend!
Best,
