Many of you probably know I love reading.

Every night, Taylor and I read fiction books for 20-30 minutes before we go to bed.

It helps us relax and simply put, it’s fun.

Lately, I’ve become completely absorbed in a book called The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss.

I’m only halfway through, and it’s already shaping up to be one of the greatest hero’s journeys I’ve ever had the pleasure to read.

There’s something truly captivating about watching the main character, Kvothe, overcome enormous obstacles and seemingly impossible odds.

In fact, it’s so deep that it got me thinking about the journeys we each embark on in our own lives, especially when it comes to reclaiming our health.

As I have progressed through the book, I started to realize something powerful: everyone, at some point, must face their own personal dragon—a challenge that’s daunting, overwhelming, and even terrifying.

For many adults, that dragon is the state of our health—years of stress, poor diet, sedentary habits, and hormonal decline have slowly chipped away at the vibrant person we once were.
