The KLOW Stack

It's going to take the world by storm

Happy Tuesday!

I’m excited to announce that today I’ve released a brand new video on the KLOW peptide stack.

This cutting-edge blend of KPV, BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu elevates the GLOW stack to a whole new level.

The KLOW stack is something I’ve used extensively, and it’s one of the most powerful healing and anti-aging combinations I’ve ever seen.

While we don’t have it for sale at BioLongevity Labs yet, we are working behind the scenes to bring it to market.

I firmly believe this blend will take the world by storm in the next 12 months.

In this email, I want to break down exactly what the KLOW stack is, how each peptide works, and why putting them together creates something greater than the sum of its parts.

Background on KLOW

First, let’s define it.

The “GLOW” stack has been around for a while (BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu), and it’s gained popularity among biohackers, athletes, and people recovering from injuries because of its regenerative power.

The KLOW stack is essentially GLOW plus KPV.

Adding KPV changes the game, because you’re not only promoting healing and collagen remodeling, but you’re also bringing in a potent anti-inflammatory peptide that stabilizes immune function without shutting it down.

GLOW was already a powerful “healing trifecta,” but adding KPV gives you control over inflammation at the root level.

That means faster recovery, better resilience against chronic conditions, and more systemic anti-aging benefits.

KPV

KPV is a tripeptide derived from the alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone.

Unlike steroids, which blunt the immune system broadly, KPV targets NF-kappa B and inflammatory cytokines like TNF-alpha and IL-6 without suppressing immunity.

The applications are massive:

  • Gut health: In models of inflammatory bowel disease, oral KPV reduced colonic inflammation and promoted mucosal healing.

  • Skin: It’s been used for psoriasis, eczema, acne, and dermatitis, dramatically reducing redness, itching, and flare-ups.

  • Neuroprotection: Research suggests it may reduce brain inflammation and protect neurons, which is key to slowing cognitive decline.

On a personal note, I’ve struggled with acne on and off for the larger part of the last 16 years of my life, and KPV has had the most dramatic impact on improving my skin.

The best part is it’s safe, with no real toxicity profile reported in research so far.

BPC-157

Most of you already know BPC-157.

It’s one of the most famous therapeutic peptides out there.

It’s a fragment from gastric juice with remarkable healing properties, especially for soft tissue and organs.

BPC works through multiple pathways:

  • Regulating nitric oxide and boosting endothelial nitric oxide synthase (ENOS) for better circulation

  • Upregulating VEGF and other genes for angiogenesis

  • Protecting the brain and nerves from damage (stroke and TBI models show huge promise)

Athletes and everyday people alike use it for tendon, ligament, and muscle injuries.

But it can also protect organs, reduce pain, and even support cognitive function by reducing neuroinflammation.

For me, BPC has been a cornerstone peptide.

I’ve used it preventatively and after injuries, and it’s one of those compounds I consider a “bulletproofing” agent for the body.

TB-500

Next up is TB-500, a synthetic derivative of thymosin beta-4.

This peptide orchestrates healing through actin binding, cell migration, and gene regulation.

In plain English, it mobilizes your body’s own repair machinery and sends it where it’s needed most.

Applications include:

  • Soft tissue repair (muscle, tendon, ligament injuries)

  • Heart health (stimulating cardiac progenitor cells post–heart attack)

  • Wound healing (even stubborn ulcers and corneal injuries)

  • Stem cell activation (turning on the repair switch in multiple tissues)

One of the things I love about TB-500 is its systemic action.

You inject it, and in addition to working locally, it circulates and creates a pro-healing environment throughout the body.

GHK-Cu

The final piece of KLOW is GHK-Cu, the legendary copper peptide.

Discovered in human plasma, GHK levels decline as we age, which is why supplementing it is so powerful.

Here’s what it does:

  • Modulates gene expression across ~32% of the human genome

  • Boosts collagen, elastin, and skin remodeling

  • Stimulates hair growth and improves density (comparable to minoxidil in trials)

  • Acts as an antioxidant by raising glutathione and superoxide dismutase

  • Improves lung tissue, reduces scarring, and may even enhance cognition

This is the peptide that ties everything together.

Synergy: More Than the Sum

When you put these four together, the synergy is undeniable.

Each peptide hits inflammation, healing, and regeneration from a different angle, creating a balanced and amplified effect.

  • KPV controls inflammation at the root

  • BPC accelerates tissue repair and organ protection

  • TB-500 drives regeneration and blood vessel growth

  • GHK-Cu remodels, rebuilds, and rewinds aging processes

The result?

Faster recovery from injuries, reduced chronic inflammation, improved skin and hair, and a systemic anti-aging effect that’s greater than any single peptide can provide.

Practical Use & My Blend

If you’re making the blend yourself, here’s how I would do it:

Combine into one vial:

  • 50 mg GHK-Cu

  • 10 mg BPC-157

  • 10 mg TB-500

  • 10 mg KPV

Then:

  • Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water.

  • Draw 10 units (0.1 mL) daily.

Each dose provides approximately:

  • 2.5 mg GHK-Cu

  • 500 mcg BPC-157

  • 500 mcg TB-500

  • 500 mcg KPV

This ratio hits the sweet spot.

GHK-Cu in a higher range for gene activation and remodeling, with the three healing peptides dosed evenly at a potent but sustainable level.

Closing Thoughts

I believe the KLOW stack is going to explode in popularity over the next year.

Why?

Because it’s a longevity protocol, an anti-aging stack, and a wellness tool all rolled into one.

If you’ve used GLOW before, KLOW is the natural evolution. And if you’re new to peptides, this is one of the most well-rounded stacks to explore.
