The Worst Case Of Low Testosterone I've Ever Seen

A state of the hormonal union

I don’t particularly enjoy lecturing my audience about what you should and shouldn’t be doing.

After all, one of the things I’ve learned in my spiritual development is that we’re all walking the same path…

We’re just moving at different speeds.

So if somebody DOESN’T want to live insulin-controlled, I tend not to say anything.

If somebody DOESN’T want to fast regularly, I'll generally keep quiet.

And when they tell me they wouldn’t touch therapeutic hormones with a 10-foot poll?

Not my problem.

But while I don’t like lecturing you, I am a massive fan of EDUCATING you.

That’s why I’ve repeated - again and again - the importance of all of these different factors.

After all, it’s one thing for me to completely ignore the general public and their apathy towards health optimization.

But you guys are different…

The entire reason you’re on my list is because you’re interested in health optimization.

And not only do I love educating people who are interested in their health, but I’m also a big proponent of stressing the consequences of NOT doing these things.

Even when I sound like a broken record.

You’ve probably heard me say before that hormonal optimization is CRITICAL.

It’s one of the most foundational things you can do, and it comes well before you start messing around with peptides.

It’s up there with eating enough protein and lifting weights regarding how basic and essential it is.

So today, I thought I’d do something different…

Rather than TELL you, again, that this is critical, I’m going to SHOW you just how bad things can get if you don’t get this taken care of:

I’m going to paint a picture for you of the single WORST testosterone deficiency I’ve ever seen.

You see, we have a guy in our Fully Optimized Health Community (we’ll call him Bill for the sake of this story) who was talking to Jay about some of his health issues.

Bill’s an awesome guy - 60 years old, former pro motocross racer, and very switched on.

But Bill has a problem:

He has a total testosterone of 21 ng/dl.

Yes, you read that correctly.

Not 221 ng/dl (which is already pretty bad).

21.

His free testosterone?

3 ng/dl 😳

To put that in perspective for you, 21 ng/dl is on the low end of the women’s testosterone range.

So, what does that look like in terms of the health implications?

My man went from 5’10 to 5’7.

Yes, I am talking about HEIGHT.

His testosterone was so low, and his bone mineral density was so incredibly eroded that he shrunk 3 inches.

Now, I know what you might be thinking…

This is an EXTREME case.

And you’re right, it is…

But it’s also becoming frighteningly common.

Keep in mind that this wasn’t a prisoner of war who was starved and tortured for six months and then released.

This wasn’t a Chernobyl survivor.

This was a fit, healthy, 60-year-old man who used to be a pro athlete.

Do you think this happened to him overnight?

Or do you think it was a slow drip?

Do you think this resulted from a slow, steady erosion in hormone levels…

Until things became so bad that they manifested themselves by literally shrinking him?

I’ll let you guess which one it was.

The bottom line here is this:

Low T isn’t just low libido and tiny muscles.

And it’s not even just brain fog, headaches, and depression.

It can erode your body from the inside out.

These are the potential consequences of an untreated deficiency.

And this is what could potentially be waiting for you if you don’t get this handled.

The Great Testosterone Collapse of the 21st Century has gotten that bad.

This is why I beat it into guys: they MUST get their deficiencies dealt with before they even LOOK at peptides.

So, if YOU suspect you might have a deficiency and you want to get it handled before you get anywhere close to this point, then here’s what you need to do:
