You Vs. Your Diagnosis

Spirituality 101

I realized the other day that I don’t talk a lot about spirituality…at least, not in my emails or videos.

And part of that is a matter of focus.

I was on a mission when I restarted my YouTube channel earlier this year.

I wanted to provide the most comprehensive, detailed videos on peptides and hormones.

There’s a massive gap in the market right now.

Seriously, punch “peptides” into YouTube.

Except for Jay Campbell and a few others, most of the content is either:

a.) Incorrect, inaccurate, and misleading

b.) Fear-mongering

c.) Fluff

I set out to correct that.

I think I’ve done that with the videos I’ve released and the emails I’ve been sending you guys.

But one major downside of that RUTHLESS focus on detailed and practical content on peptides and hormones is that my content on spirituality took a bit of a back seat…

It’s time to correct that.

As vital as my education in peptides and hormones has been, spirituality has been THE most important piece of the optimization puzzle.

Spirituality and my connection to the divine and source consciousness anchor all this together.

That’s why I wrote Testosterone: The God Molecule.

To show you just one example of how health, hormones, peptides, and spirituality are all interconnected…

And why spirituality is at the TOP.

So, today’s email will be slightly different than what you’re probably used to.

Today, I will share yet another spiritual principle that will completely change how you think about health.

Most of us who have grown up in the Western, allopathic sick-care system have collected a cornucopia of diagnoses over the years.

Usually, it starts psychologically.

ADHD, social anxiety, OCD, phobias - the list goes on and on.

And as we move into our adult lives, these diagnoses start to veer into the physical.

You may have chronic tendonitis, degenerative disc disease, or a “bad shoulder.”

Maybe you’ve got high blood pressure or gout.

Or maybe it’s something bigger…

Maybe you get told that you’ve got diabetes, Hashimoto’s, or inflammatory bowel disease.

Regardless of your diagnosis, our reaction to this is often the same.

We think about it.

A LOT.

We sit around, and we dwell on it.

And when we do that long enough, we start to IDENTIFY with it.

We reach a point where the problems with our body and identity are the same.

And this is the single worst thing you can do.

Because when you start identifying with your diagnosis, you give it power.

You feed it and let it grow stronger.

All of the fear, all of the anxiety - all of it intertwines with your biology.

This is why it’s so common to see people plunge into depression the second they receive a diagnosis.

It’s not that their condition rapidly deteriorated of its own accord.

No, it all fell apart because they identified with it and fed it with their fear.

So, how do you get around this?

With a simple - but POWERFUL affirmation:

I am stronger than the diagnosis.

It's as simple as that.

💪 I’m stronger than my “ADHD”

💪 I’m stronger than my diabetes

💪 I’m stronger than my IBD

And when you do that, you stop feeding it.

And EVERYTHING changes.

Now, does that mean that you ignore physical interventions?

No.

It would be best if you did everything we discussed (eating clean, balancing your hormones, sleeping correctly, etc).

But I’m telling you right now that THIS mindset is the missing piece.

It might not be easy at first, but I promise you that if you tell yourself this for long enough, things WILL start to turn around for you…

And you'll have taken one more step in proving that you’re more vital than ever imagined. 🙂

Best,

Hunter Williams,
